Default Baked Portabello Mushrooms

Baked Portabello Mushrooms

four large mushrooms
two clove garlic finely sliced
2 Tbsp butter

Remove stalks and brush mushrooms clean place gill side up in a baking tray
Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle on finely sliced garlic cloves and season with
salt and fresh ground black pepper
Place in oven @ about 180 or 150 fan forced for thirty or forty
Minutes depending on mushroom size (when they start to collapse) or to suit your taste.
Serve on fresh crusty bread or toast.
Allow two large mushrooms per person
