four large mushrooms two clove garlic finely sliced 2 Tbsp butter Remove stalks and brush mushrooms clean place gill side up in a baking tray Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle on finely sliced garlic cloves and season with salt and fresh ground black pepper Place in oven @ about 180 or 150 fan forced for thirty or forty Minutes depending on mushroom size (when they start to collapse) or to suit your taste.
