Making Hard-Boiled Eggs

the secret is:
put the eggs in a pan. Cover with water.
Put heat on to boil with pan on the heat
The minute the water starts to boil
cover the pan with a lid
turn the heat off..........
and let sit 15 minutes, undisturbed.........

your eggs will be perfect !!!!! everytime
