Default Turkey Souse

Turkey Souse

4 lbs. turkey necks
4 turkey wings
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 cup vinegar

Boil wings and necks until well done. Pick turkey from the bones. Add
the sage, salt, pepper and vinegar; mix well in a bowl and leave overnight
refrigerated. Slice to eat the next day.
