Default Salmon Rolls

Salmon Rolls

submitted by ajewell

Salmon Rolls

1 can salmon(remove skin and bones but) do not drain - use liquid)
1 recipe biscuit dough
1 can cheese sauce, or favorite recipe
2 tsp. minced onion
dash of spices as desired: parsley, pepper, celery seeds etc.

Stir salmon and spices until smooth. Prepare dough and roll out as for
biscuits, except a little thinner. Spread salmon mixture over dough and
roll up as in a jelly roll and slice in about 1/2 inch rounds. Place on
greased cookie sheet and bake until dough is golden brown. Pour cheese
sauce over each round as they are served. Simple, but, fancy and
delicious served hot or cold.
