Honey Zserbo
Submitted by: Gabriella "This is an old Hungarian pastry recipe my grandmother used to make for special guests." 4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 2 eggs 1/3 cup unsalted butter 4 tablespoons honey, warmed slightly 5 tablespoons sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 7/8 cup confectioners' sugar Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a blender or food processor, mix together all-purpose flour, eggs, butter or margarine, melted honey, sour cream, baking soda, and confectioners sugar. Blend until smooth. Roll pastry on a floured surface. Make 4 sheets of pastry that will fit on 10x15 inch cookie sheets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
