Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

1 cup oatmeal
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup splenda sugar substitute
1tablespoon vanilla extract
1 egg

preheat oven 350F.spray a cookie sheet/ cookingspray. mix the
oatmeal,peanut butter,splenda,vanilla extract and egg all together .roll
dough into walnut-sized balls and place 2inches apart on the cookie sheet.
make about 20 cookie
dip a fork in splenda and flatten the cookies crossways.
