Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

2 cups light 8th continent soymilk
1 apple peeled and chopped
1/4 cup raisins or currants
1/2 cup 1 minute quaker oats
1 Tbsp natural creamy peanut butter

Place all ingredients in blender and press liquify
