Default Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

3 roasted red pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Place peppers in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add
remaining ingredients; blend well. May be heated or used cold over meat or
pasta.
Yield: 6 Servings

Per Serving: 61 Calories 1 g Protein 4 g Total Fat 3 g Saturated Fat 0 g
Polyunsaturated Fat 1 g Monounsaturated Fat 6 g Carbohydrates 1.5 g Fiber
12 mg Sodium 188 mg Potassium 12 mg Cholesterol
