Default Chicken Caesar Wraps


Chicken Caesar Wraps

Marinade:
3 Tbsp. Peanut Oil
1 tsp. Lemon-pepper Seasoning
1 tsp. bottled, minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1 lb. boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
4 large Flour Tortillas
Romaine Lettuce, medium shred
Caesar Dressing:
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. Milk
3 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, shredded
or Swiss Cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Seasoned Pepper
1/2 tsp. bottled, minced Garlic

In a large Ziploc bag, combine first 4 ingredients. Add chicken strips and
seal bags. Turn bag gently to coat chicken with marinade. Marinate 1 hour
in refrigerator, turning bag every 15 minutes. Grill or stir-fry chicken
until done but not dry. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients.
Place lettuce and chicken in warmed tortilla. Top with dressing. Wrap
tortilla like a burrito leaving1 side, or end open. The small end you
would fold in. To warm Tortillas. Heat up a 12" dry skillet, place
tortilla in hot dry skillet, when tortilla starts to puff a little turn
over and repeat process. Have a clean tea towel on a plate next to you
folded in half. Slip the warmed tortilla between tea towel and finish
warming the rest of the tortillas the same way. This gives much better
texture and taste to the tortilla then trying to warm them in a
micro-wave. Serves 2 BonApetite' PattyG from Missouri
