I am interested in making my own sausage of varying types. I am brand new to
this and would like to buy a sausage making machine. I want something that will do a good job of grinding meat and of stuffing the casings properly. I received some third hand information that told me to buy a Hobart machine. I looked on eBay and a few other places but there are too many choices for a beginner like myself to narrow down. I don't want to spend a fortune and need something portable that will do a good job for occasional sausage making. I'd be interested in the group's input. thanks |
