Default Pickle relish

Ended up with six pint jars of our favorite relish. Should last for
awhile, maybe. About fourteen total hours for six jars ain't to bad.
Used to make eighteen pints at a time but our garden doesn't produce
like the big one in Louisiana. I actually had to buy four cukes and
three very large bell peppers to get what I needed for this run.

We were getting nervous, only had two pints of relish left in the pantry.
