Default Could be very expensive jelly.

We really like hot pepper jelly and usually make a couple of batches
every year.
This morning, thinking about trying a new version, I went looking and
landed first on Kraft's Certo site. Followed a link to "Fire & Ice
Pepper Jelly" where it turns out the "Ice" portion is one 375ml bottle
of ice wine.
I know ice wine doesn't come cheap so I jumped over to the Liquor
Control Board web site and did a quick search.
Even using one of the cheaper ice wines the recipe didn't sound like
one I'd want to make, but it had aroused my curiosity.
Now, could you imagine making a batch of jelly using this ice wine?
MUSCAT OTTONEL ICEWINE
(ROYAL DEMARIA) 375 mL bottle
Price $ 229.95
Along with the other ingredients, the recipe makes seven 125ml (1/2
cup) jars. Works out to about 34 bucks per half cup.
We'll stick with cider vinegar thanks ;-).
