Default A labour of love.

Not much to show for at least half a day's work for two people. Only
did seven 250ml jars.
Removed the scapes from a bunch of our garlic plants then peeled many
hundreds of the little bulbils (far more work than peeling garlic
cloves). Blanched, then pickled them. Three weeks or so and they'll be
ready to sample.
Gerry loves them but I'm not particularly fond of them so, for me, it
was even more a labour of love.
