Default Whoo hoo! I am official

Got the email today with my certificate of completion of Preserving Foods at
Home: A Self Study, Modules 1-4, from the NCHFP.

Very official looking. I have put it up on the wall above my desk. Very
nicely, it comes as a PDF file so you don't have to worry about printing it
off a website and you can put away the file for safekeeping to print out
again if you need to.
