Default My immediate future

It looks like I am going to be canning beans and tomatoes for the next
few days. I have about 10 quarts of green beans (Roma and French
filet) all snapped and sitting on the counter waiting for the
dishwasher to finish. That should do close to 14 quart jars. I am
still staring at tomatoes. I think I will mostly make sauces since I
still have plenty of canned tomatoes.
