Default Time to Plan

Well, I'm gonna make lots more pickled Ok**. About 1 jar in 4 will get a
chile de arbol. One per pint is pretty hot without being overpowering. More
pickled jalapeños. More salsa. One batch of Asparagus pickles in longer
jars, at least 12 oz, if not quart jars. I can get asparagus just out of the
ground and tender to the ends (pretty soon now, too). Lots of B&B pickles.
Gonna make 2 batches of Boozeberry jam. Gonna make that lime marmalade one
of these days. Orange and Lemon Marmalades. Grape jelly, and lots and lots
of strawberry jam. Blackberry jam, maybe some blackberry with orange zest.
Peach jam & Peach/Habenero. Walmart is selling some gold raspberry plants.
That might be nice, never tasted them tho. Have one jar of liverwurst jam
still left. Will have to see what comes of that come April 1st again (ggg).
Looking forward to less arthritis pain with new rx. And to feel better
too!! Yippee.
Keeping my eyes on the prize,
Edrena
