Default new USDA book

Beware,if you live in Canada the new USDA CoOp Extension book will cost
you for shipping and purchase plus a large fee, about $20.00 for border
brokerage fees. Mine was shipped UPS. If they had just sent it in the
mail, I would have had it a while ago and without custom/ brokerage
fees. Books almost always just get delivered to the door by the
postman. Having spent 3 days dealing with UPS C.O.D. needs and having
to go out to UPS to collect and pay for it, I think I need to wait a
while to calm down and puruse the book.
