Default How much tricalcium phosphate as anti-caking agent?

I make and sell seasoning mixtures for making dips and rubs. I noticed
my tomato powder really cakes up and would like to try adding
tricalcium phosphate to possibly remedy this. Does anyone know how much
per ounce I might add?
Thanks,
Chris
