Tips to relieve from alcohol
Drinking too much alcohol is not good to health. Sometimes, it's hard to avoid it, especially on festival feasts. Here are some tips that can prevent it happen.
1.Take some whole wheat porridge as appraiser before taking alcoholic beverage. Having something to eat before drinking alcohol can put off getting drunk. You can add a little honey into it for better flavour. 2. Drink only one type of alcohol that does not make you sick too quickly; avoid mixed drinking, or you may get sick in a short time. 3. Do not drink too fast, as fast drinking can cause overdrunk. Slow sipping is one trick to prevent getting drunk, especially for those who have no head for wine. 4. Do not take too much alcohol at one time. No matter how proud you are to have spirits, there would be a limit. |
