Default Welcome Spring with Absinthe

Here’s a simple and refreshing absinthe cocktail that’s perfect for spring.

The Artist’s Garden:

1 part Pernod Absinthe
¼ part diced cucumbers
2 parts ice cold club soda

Add ingredients to stemmed glass and garnish with cucumber wheel on rim.
