I am working on some recipes for kick ass cocktails using "S Guaro" from
Costa Rica. If anyone has used this spirit please post your results. It is
for sale in Los Angeles, many high end bars and clubs have it featured. My
customers have been going crazy over the Lychee Martini! S Guaro, 1/4 oz.
lychee syrup ( I use canned lychee packed in syrup), spritz of simple syrup
SHAKE well, and spear a lychee fruit stuffed with a cherry for garnish.

Guaro mixes well with coke, 7-up, cranberry...well almost anything. I want
some real out there cocktails so I better get back to mixing,
