I personally use it a lot more than the food processor (I do a lot of baking, pasta, pizza dough, etc.), and for chopping, slicing, and that sort of thing I simply use a knife 95% of the time anyway. And with the right attachments, the KitchenAid will double for a food processor a lot more often than would be the case vice-versa. Bob M. |
