Much less expensive per pound than bacon slices. We'll have to trim some excess fat, but overall, this will be much more affordable than using regular bacon slices. Carol |

I've deep fried that stuff, then chopped it up for bacon bits. I most often use it for beans tho' and pressure cook it to make a bacon stock. It's easier to de-fat it that way. -- Peace!
