Oh yes. Most things that are prepared on Food TV shows are covered in their
recipe sections. While I was not a big fan of Emeril I was impressed with some
of his recipes and had very good luck with them, like the double chocolate cake
with chocolate ganache and chocolate sails, the Sagueny Tortiere, Tarte au
Sucre and his Tira Misu. All worked out great. My only problem with the
recipes was the amount of chocolate for the ganache and for the chocolate
sails. The recipe called for close to twice as much as was needed for the cake.

Keeps me from tivoing the hell out of Giada's show sometimes. I'd be
taking notes on just about everything she makes.

Doesn't Emeril mostly rely on recipes sent in to the show? I mean, not
just when he's having contests. Because nobody - especially that guy -
could have that broad and eclectic a repertoire.

And Food TV has other websites for other countries. I've run across them a
couple times when I was googling for something and ended up at Food TV
Canada or UK or something. The first time it happened, I was just a tad
confused at why it looked different.

Different shows, different recipes.

Take Home Chef on TLC has recipes, too, if you watch that show.
www.tlc.com/chef will get you there.

Oh yeah, like I need more recipes to try...

Yeah, I love watching Take Home Chef too. I tried Heather's Porkchop,
Asparagus and Creme Brulee recipe last weekend and it was a big
hit...Plus Curtis is quite the looker!
