Granny Smith seems to be the biggest choice around here. I have brought
some to use today. Next week I think I'll try Golden Delicious. But I think I'll skip the cinnamon. I don't like it much (though I can stand it with apples), and my children don't like it at all. Which means, I guess, that I should also leave out the nutmeg.
