Impossible! I have never seen anything so preposterous posted to rfc!

Domaine de la Romanée-Conti doesn't produce Meursault!

To give this otherwise run-of-the-mill sauce just a bit of distinction,
you *must* replace this non-existent wine with DRC's Le Montrachet. It
would make it easily reproducible for everyone.
