Siuth west beef- crockpot - for New RFC cook book
1 flank steak , cut into large pieces
1jar Pace Picante Sauce( i like the kind with cilantro ) I large onion , finely chopped NM chilie power to taste cumin to taste Put all in crock pot, cook all day till tender, take two forks and shred the flank steak , let heat through, send on big sub rolls. Rosie |
