I'm planning on going out tonight. Since drinking may or may not be
involved and dinner may be late, I thought I should eat a little before
going out. I made capellini, a nice quick cooking pasta topped with a
homemade tomato meat and mushroom sauce. A healthy cup of the pasta
with sauce should hold me over until we eat. There was enough left over
for lunch tomorrow. Not bad Off to do the grooming, you know the
hair and clothes thing <rolling eyes> I don't do make-up. One of the
places we are stopping at serves a really nice clam dish. My taste buds
are fired up! The entertainment shouldn't be bad either so it should be
a fun night.
