We bbq'ed spareribs for dinner last night, nothing fancy. Here's a
couple of pics. On the grill - This is one of 3 large pieces. I used a tangy honey garlic sauce. http://tinypic.com/e5in1v.jpg On the plate - We had foil potatoes and home frozen corn along with the ribs. For foil potatoes I cut the potatoes into bite size pieces and place on tin foil. I add chopped onions, chives, Montreal steak spice, then drizzle with a little olive oil then form a tin foil packet. The sealed packet is cooked on the bbq. I only make a couple of bags of corn on the cob since it takes up too much freezer space. Most of the corn I do is in niblet form. Corn on the cob is a nice treat off season ![]() http://tinypic.com/e5inf7.jpg |
