Default JennAir Cooktop parts

I live in New Zealand and have an electric JennAir downdraft cooktop.
I have found it absolutely wonderful. I now need a couple of
replacement parts, i.e. a new grill cover and an Air Grille, which is
the slotted part that goes over the downdraft thing. I am having no
luck whatsoever with the Wagener company which says it has the most
parts - the parts service people don't seem to know much at all about
the parts they are supposed to be supplying.

Is there anyone out there in Cooking n/g land who can put me onto a
good parts supplier who could ship parts to me so far away?

I'd be glad to know. I'm getting just a tad frustrated.

Cheers

Have you tried googling for the parts you need? Just open up a web
browser and go to http://www.google.com and type in a part number
and "Jennair" as the search term and see what turns up.

I have use www.repairclinic.com for parts for my JennAir range. I don't
know if they will ship to NZ, but you can always ask. There were easy to
work with when I had questions.
