Alleygator asked:
eat a lot of salmon, and am always looking for a change. I hate to
ask a stupid question, but are the oil, mustard and panko all on one
side, or is the panko all over and the other stuff together on one
side? I'm gonna try this. I only ask, because I picture the oil and
mustard working with the crumbs to make a crust.
----------------------
I used the oil, mustard and panko just on one side, and oil and panko
on the other, just because I didn't want too much mustard flavor. Both
sides would probably work out as well.
