Default Found some Panko, and fixed this for dinner

I found some Panko at Henry's, and fixed a salmon filet. a bit of olive
oil, a little mustard on one side, and dipped into Panko that had been
mixed with a little Old Bay seasoning. Put it in a 400 degree oven,
because I also had some beets, wrapped in foil, already in there.
Beets, about 1 hour, salmon, about 20 minutes. I loved the Panko crust.
Cheers, Nancree

I eat a lot of salmon, and am always looking for a change. I hate to
ask a stupid question, but are the oil, mustard and panko all on one
side, or is the panko all over and the other stuff together on one
side? I'm gonna try this. I only ask, because I picture the oil and
mustard working with the crumbs to make a crust.

At least now I have an excuse.

I used the oil, mustard and panko just on one side, and oil and panko
on the other, just because I didn't want too much mustard flavor. Both
sides would probably work out as well.
