Default Fava Beans

Where can I find fava beans that have begun to sprout. I was told they are
more nutritious at this stage.

Thanks.

Sprout them yourself - just get some dried ones, and sprout them as you
would adouki, mung etc.

This is NEW TERRITORY for me. The only thing I ever grew was a chia pet.
However, I'm willing to give it a try with a bit of advice. Also,
recommended sources (e.g., reputable, tested) for the dried beans? Thanks!
