Default FOUND: Skirt steak

Two supermarkets, one butcher shop and finally this morning I found skirt
steak at the FoodSource. The butcher trimmed it nice and clean right in
front of me.

Fajita, fajita!

You are in for some goooood fajitas tonight! What are you using for a
marinade? I finally realized that the brown stuff is Maggi, not soy.

sf,

I used two shakes of white pepper, two shakes of chili powder, a shake
of garlic powder, 1/2 cup canola oil, one tablespoon of dijon mustard
and one tablespoon of lime juice.

It's pretty thin so it'll cook over medium heat.

If it were a smaller world, I'd have you two over for dinner! Of course,
pix to follow.
