Two supermarkets, one butcher shop and finally this morning I found skirt

I finally realized that the brown stuff is Maggi, not soy. sf, I used two shakes of white pepper, two shakes of chili powder, a shake of garlic powder, 1/2 cup canola oil, one tablespoon of dijon mustard and one tablespoon of lime juice. It's pretty thin so it'll cook over medium heat. Andy |
