Default Calorie Commando kills the cheesesteak!

I couldn't wait until the show was over, when he substituted ground turkey
for rib-eye, well that's just a POS something on a roll... waiting to see
what cheese he uses... standby... wait, nevermind, you can't do a reduced
calorie cheesesteak, you're just creating a new species!

Geez...

I don't have much else to add; I'm amused at the thought of somebody
getting angry and yelling at their television during a cooking show.

The turkey wasn't ground, it was smoked turkey. It looked like it was
sliced & then roughly chopped in thin strips.

It did look interesting though as a recipe in it's self.

You should have seen what he did to corned beef hash: Turkey, sweet
potato, bell peppers and tex-mex seasoning.

Too add something more substantial -- give the guy a break. The one
time I watched the show, he did make what looked like a nice, healthier
version of a calzone using a flaky crust.

Did you see the look on the guy's face? The one who wanted the
corned beef hash? Funny.
