I couldn't wait until the show was over, when he substituted ground turkey
for rib-eye, well that's just a POS something on a roll... waiting to see what cheese he uses... standby... wait, nevermind, you can't do a reduced calorie cheesesteak, you're just creating a new species! Geez... Andy |

It looked like it was sliced & then roughly chopped in thin strips. It did look interesting though as a recipe in it's self. |

You should have seen what he did to corned beef hash: Turkey, sweet
potato, bell peppers and tex-mex seasoning. Too add something more substantial -- give the guy a break. The one time I watched the show, he did make what looked like a nice, healthier version of a calzone using a flaky crust. |
