Well yesterday I finally got around to having the smoked turkey legs that
were in the freezer. Today I boiled up the bones with some curry powder, onions, garlic, and carrots for a couple of hours. Drained the stock, fried up some onions & celery added a can of lentils (pre-cooked); potatoes, carrots, sage leaf. 'Tis cooking as I write - and tastes fabulous - the smokey bones of the turkey, really add a new dimension. Not sure if anything else (apart from parsley) could be added at the end for more flavour.
