Default getting rid of cookbooks

I'm redecorating the kitchen and the nasty old pressboard cabinet I used
to store cookbooks in is going onto the curb. I'm also getting rid of
maybe half my cookbook collection. Can someone suggest a good way to
help the books find new homes? Is it worth listing them on ebay? Can I
offer them here? Or should I take them down to the used bookstore?
