Hi group:
I know someone here can offer some detailed explanation as to the difference between a coddled egg and a poached egg. Which is better? Which is easier to clean up? Are coddled eggs only for special occasions? Which variety absorbs the seasonings better? Is egg coddling considered out-dated due to the discovery of poaching? Yes I'm using webtv - you can make fun of me if you wish, but please accompany your insults with helpful egg data. Thanks! |
