Default gluten flour

Any chance somebody might know of a source of gluten flour in the
Coachella Valley - from Palm Springs to La Quinta? Thanks in advance

Far as I can tell, someone wrote:

Why not go to a bakery and ask if they'd sell you a few pounds.

I pay $9.57 per 50 pound bag. Hi-gluten, untreated.

If someone came to my shop and asked to buy some flour, I'd sell them
all they want for a small mark-up. I figure you're going to buy it
somewhere. Might as well be from me.

No, I think he means vital wheat gluten, not strong flour.
