Fried Chicken Thigh Sandwich and Rings
Poor man's surf and turf: boneless chicken thigh dry brined 12
hours and then marinated in pickle juice 3 hours, slightly pounded, buttermilk breaded, with ranch mayo and pepperjack cheese.
