Directions say to heat on Defrost (30%) for a number of seconds and then heat on High (100%) for a number of seconds. I would assume that frozen TV dinners are the same. Read the directions. Homemade frozen meals are thawed in the refrigerator overnight. A couple ( 2 or 3) hours should be o.k. Janet US |
