I really despise garlicy potatoes in any form, no potato taste. Potatoes and garlic are major TIAD. We prefer mashed potatoes fork mashed in our plate, along with sour cream or plain yogurt with a little fresh ground black pepper, no garlic or onion. If I want flavored mashed potatoes I'd top with pickled herring in cream sauce, real Russian style... no freakin' garlic. |

I don't use it for breakfast or lunch but it is in just about every dinner. Tonight it will be sauteed along with some diced peppers and chopped asparagus with some shrimp and then tossed with pasta. |

We simply don't like potatoes with garlic. A lot of people here stuff themselves with garlic thinking it keeps them from becoming ill... little do they realize that garlic keeps people away, especially when women coat their nipples with smushed garlic, I'd much rather you coat your nipples with chocolate. |

The bad news is that I'm burnt out on garlic mashed potatoes. The holidays during Covid-19 is pretty darn strange. https://photos.app.goo.gl/F7GsibExxyX7L3gd8 https://i2.wp.com/www.nationalreview...s-121620-6.jpg |

John and I tend to 'fried' ones but they reheat very easy. No milk or butter used but can be nicely crispy. It's a very simple, very OLD type of cooking. Old term, 'pan of fried potatoes'. This one is so old, it evolved to become 'hash browns'. |

You have [hyphen][hyphen][Name] It should be [hyphen][hyphen][blank space][[new line][Name] [Name] can also be something else, like a very witty quote or statement, of course. |

We simply don't like potatoes with garlic. A lot of people > here stuff themselves with garlic thinking it keeps them from becoming > ill... little do they realize that garlic keeps people away, (snipped stupid breast fixation) Lots of people think garlic is somehow homeopathic. Braham Stoker thought it would ward off vampires. LOL Doesn't ward off people who constantly eat garlic and think they don't smell of garlic. I doubt the people who might interview John for a job want to smell garlic seeping out of his pores. Me, I'm not interested in his same old thing every week garlic potatoes. Jill |

We like a light use of garlic in tomato pasta sauce, that's pretty much it. We can live happily without any garlic. Occasionally I'll add slivered garlic to sauted veggies, but I can be happy with no garlic. We don't consider garlic an essential flavor. For pasta and all Italian foods I consider anchovy an essential flavor... without anchovy pizza is garbage. |

Just adding your name at the bottom of a post is lame. We all know who you are from your headers. And the witty quotes are sometimes entertaining but not when you use the same one over and over and over. Gary (lol) |

You loose Gary. Sorry guy. You'll have to study yoga if you want to sniff your own asshole. Few have reached this highest level of Dutch nirvana. |
