Default Dinner for Tonight

We just got these mushrooms fresh from the forests of Ukraine (not near
Chernobyl) picked by my in-laws. I'm thinking tonight will be veal piccata
with mushrooms.

Sounds good as long as your in-laws are knowledgeable about
what mushrooms are safe or not.

In Eastern Europe "mushrooming" is a major hobby that the locals love. I
have no doubts that they are safe.

That's some exotic stuff. The locals here are not into picking mushrooms they find on the ground and eating them. Mostly, we're scared to death of them.

In France you can take your mushrooms to the local pharmacy as their
pharmacists are trained to identify the safe and the dangerous ones.

Why don't they have fireworks at Euro Disney?

Because every time they shoot them off, the French try to surrender.

Add that to the things you are wrong about. Most beers over there are
made to be consumed at cellar temperature. Lagers are very popular over
in Europe. They invented layer. The British tend to drink ale, which is
warmed brewed and tastes better at room temperature.
