Default Dinner tonight ? What do you think?

Ok I had to do a little picking in the garden. I picked swiss chard,
pole beans, tomatoes, hot peppers, and cut a lot of herbs. I'm stumped
at coming up with something for dinner. It is cooler and promising rain
so I thought I might use the oven. Ideas are very much welcomed.
Here's what I"m thinking:

bread: tomato herbed bread with fresh thyme, rosemary, sage, basil,
parsley - I can post the recipe if anyone wants it, topped with chive butter

main dish: stuffed swiss chard rolls - meat (ground pork, beef, or
turkey, not sure yet but leaning towards the pork), rice, onions,
mushrooms then rolled into rolls and topped with roasted tomato sauce
and finally topped with motz. cheese

veggie: buttered pole beans (?) kind of iffy on this one because I
think the rolls will be very filling and there is already a fair amount
of veggies in the rolls & bread but still would be good

desert: either a walk around the block or a swim or cherry cheesecake
icecream, can't decide right now but the exercise is winning while we
eat the icecream
