Default Wednesday's heart healthy supper

Tonight I made curried chick peas. It was pretty easy. I sauteed a
chopped onion until soft, added some crush garlic and ginger, garam
masala and curry powder and let the aroma develop. Then I added a can of
chick peas a can of tomatoes and a tbsp of lemon juice. Let it cook for
about a half hour until it thickened and serviced in on Basmati rice.
This is the tastiest salt free heart healthy dishes I have tried.
