Default Plot thickens on mailbox

I called the number that Ross gave me. The man gave me a headache! He
started by saying very flatly. "This is not a recording!" Then he launched
into Shakespeare because he thought I said my name was Juliette. Then
something about a guy called him to put the mailbox in. He put it in and we
have to pay the guy. He wants me to send him a pic of the mailbox. Why? I
don't know.

When I told him that it wasn't the right mailbox, he said the guy ordered a
10 slot. They don't make them that way. They never did. Ours was in fact a 9
slot. The closest thing they had was a 12 slot but for some reason he
convinced the guy to take a 13 slot. Something about the slots were bigger
so maybe we didn't need package lockers. Pretty sure this unit has one
package locker. Said if we wanted package lockers, we'd have to pay for and
put another unit in.

So... I'm still just a confused. I still have no key. But Ross is messaging
me. He sent me a scan of the invoice. Not sure how he got that. Said he
thought the keys were not done yet and the guy would contact us when they
were done. Sometime this week. He too said we each owe $200. Hmmm...
