McDonald's plain original hamburgers. Lots of them!
Every meal, every day. They freeze well too.

"I would gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today."

Technically, Wimpy wasn't eating McD's hamburgers in the 1930's.

Not to me. From that site:

breakfast: warm strawberry-peach morning shake
morning snack: no snack! ginger tea with local honey
lunch: a huge bowl of carrot ginger curry soup with whole-wheat
naan and homemade kale chips
afternoon snack: no snack! ginger tea with local honey
dinner: Kapha quinoa bowl (roasted cauliflower, broccoli, and black
beans with cayenne, ginger, and salt and pepper over tamari quinoa)

OP list not website. The list doesn't mention meal specific foods.

I didn't see the OP list. Convenient trimming, perhaps. I do know
'Confusor' pops up once in a while with this silly diet plan to follow
between certain dates. I don't follow diets or meal-plans

The woman at healthline.com made foods enjoyed by her family. It's not
a prescription for you.

I understand that. There was apparently much snippage because you
filled in the blanks with a link to that site. The OP posts about
"following" this whatever "diet" on a fairly regular basis.

I didn't want to post a link to a hard-core Ayurvedic site, because
they all seemed so sketchy.
