Default Thanksgiving 2019

Only three of us for Thanksgiving dinner so I went smaller. I did a 5 lb roasted chicken. Along with it we had dressing, gravy, cauliflower mash, roasted Brussels sprouts and cranberries. Jamie made the very good cranberry sauce and I cheated and bought a pumpkin pie and whipped cream.

Their Marlborough sauvignons can be very nice and tropical tasting.
