Default Tater Tot Poutine

I had that for dinner. Yes, you Canadians are probably horrified but it was
good!

I loosely followed a recipe. Hot, crisp baked Tater Tots topped with
coarsely chopped (slightly warmed) sharp cheddar (had no curds), a mix of
chicken and beef gravy with a little onion and parsley, and sliced green
onion.

That hit the spot on a chilly day!
